Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Once your return is accepted, your order will be deemed cancelled.

Merchandise purchased during 'SALE', with use of any 'Promotional Scheme' or 'Use of Promo Code' will NOT be eligible for refunds. Such merchandise can only be exchanged once per order. Exchanges can be made as per stock  availability.

To be eligible for a return, and order cancellation, returned item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@barelystylish.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  1. We reserve rights to accept or decline the return of the item, based on the condition of the merchandise received back in our studio/warehouse.
  2. Customer has to bourn one side shipment cost for return or replace the merchandise. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

Fastest Way to Get a Replacement
The quickest method to receive the item you want is to initiate a return for the item currently in your possession. Once the return is approved and processed, you may place a separate order for the new item.

One-Time Exchange Limit
Each order is eligible for only one exchange request, whether initiated through our online store, customer support phone line, or WhatsApp communication channel.
Multiple or repeated return or exchange requests for the same order or item will not be accepted.

Final Acceptance via WhatsApp or Phone Call
Any confirmation, approval, or consent you provide regarding merchandise over WhatsApp chat or telephonic conversation shall be treated as final acceptance. Once such confirmation is provided, no additional exchange requests for that same order will be processed.

Merchandise Exchange Shipping Charges on actuals will be charged by customer for all exchanges. Customer has to pay as COD for exchanged merchandise.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received merchandise and inspected your return, post that we will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Order Cancellation Policy

At BarelyStylish, we strive to provide a smooth shopping experience. If you need to cancel your order, you may do so within 8 hours of placing the order or before the order is shipped, whichever comes first.

To request a cancellation, please email us at info@barelystylish.com with your Order ID as soon as possible. Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

If your cancellation request is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
