- Prepaid Orders Below ₹999: You still enjoy Free Shipping!
- Cash on Delivery (COD): No additional COD fee—yes, you read that right!
We encourage choosing prepaid payment options for faster dispatch and a smoother experience.

Please allow up to 24 hours post-dispatch for tracking updates to reflect live movements.
📋 7. Special Delivery Instructions: Your Convenience Matters
Need something specific?
Want the delivery agent to call before arriving? Prefer the package to be left with security? You can add special notes in the Order Instructions section during checkout.
While we promptly relay your preferences to our courier partners, please note that final execution is subject to operational feasibility at the delivery location.
🚪 8. Delivery Attempts & Re-Attempts: We Don’t Give Up Easily
Our delivery partners will attempt delivery up to three times at your given address.
If they are unable to complete the delivery after 3 attempts, your parcel will be:
- Returned to our warehouse.
- Eligible for re-dispatch after successful payment of re-shipping charges.
Pro Tip: Ensure your phone number is active and reachable to facilitate a smoother delivery!
🏠 9. Address Modifications: Think Fast, Ship Faster
Need to change your delivery address?
- Contact us within 8 hours of placing your order.
- After dispatch, address modifications are NOT possible.
Always double-check your address before confirming payment to avoid delivery delays.
📦 10. Partial Shipments: When One Order Travels in Two
Sometimes, parts of your order may ship separately, especially if:
- Items are stocked in different warehouses.
- Certain products are ready earlier than others.
In these rare cases:
- You’ll receive separate tracking numbers.
- There will be no additional shipping charges.
More tracking, more updates—but all leading to more style at your doorstep!
🚫 11. Undeliverable Packages: How We Handle Them
A package may become undeliverable due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address provided.
- Customer unavailability during multiple delivery attempts.
- Refusal to accept Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
In such scenarios:
- The order will return to BarelyStylish.
- We will notify you and assist with re-shipment after applicable re-shipping charges.
- Repeat refusal of deliveries may lead to COD restrictions for your future orders.
💰 12. Refunds in Case of Shipping Failures
We stand by you if things go wrong.
If your prepaid order cannot be delivered due to:
- Courier failures
- Internal errors
And a re-shipment isn't possible:
- A full-value Exchange Voucher will be issued within 2–7 working days.
- This voucher will remain valid for 90 days from the date of issuance.
- You can use this voucher to shop for anything on our website.
